12/11 Schedule & Future Dates

Here's the agenda for the meeting of Thursday, December 11 :

A. Quick run-through of rules again

B. Get SOLID answers for Model UN

C. Split up into Legislative and Judicial mini-groups

President Mellinger can explain the Judicial side so the new people are clear on what they'll be doing.  Anyone from a previous year's Judicial: bring one of the past cases if you have it, please.

Secretary Caruso can explain the Legislative side, but since everyone probably knows how the legislative process works, we can use the COWs to research bill topics.  It seems reasonable that each person has at least 5 topics that they'd like to choose from by the end of the meeting.

This meeting, like ALL our Thursday meetings, is MANDATORY.

And for all of you that keep asking about dates, I'll put ALL the future dates up here for future reference:

Friday, December 19, 2008 - $100 due to YMCA PA Youth & Gov.

Saturday, January 17, 2009 - Mock Session @ Millersville HS

Friday, February 13, 2009 - $125 due to YMCA PA Youth & Gov.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, February 19-21, 2009 - Model UN @ Penn State Harrisburg (not YaG related, but we need people to go!)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, April 17-19 - Model Government Convention

New Date for Pizza Hut

Becasue we pushed the sub sale back I decided that we should push the pizza hut night back to Monday, October 27th from 4-9pm. Becasue really who wants subs and pizza in one night. LOL

New Delivery Date for Subs & Sandwiches!

We had a holiday mix up!! Subs will now be delivered on October 20th at 2:15 pm!!!!!!

If anyone has an order that they did not submit I will need it tomorrow!!!!!
